I live in KY a state which does not require a front license plate but every time I buy a car it somehow manages to have 2 holes drilled thru the front bumper and its a major eye sore for me. So I make these 'bumper plugz' to fix the holes that were drilled into the front bumper. I have even had car lots compliment them.
